The QB3 pressure control valve is a complete electronic pressure regulating package consisting of two feed and bleed solenoid valves, a control circuit, a pressure transducer, an integrated air pilot operated volume booster and a rugged housing. The pressure transducer is connected directly to the control pressure so the closed-loop electronics and analog monitor signal can show you what is really happening in your process.
The analog monitor signal is constantly compared against the command signal to achieve your desired set pressure. The QB3 pressure control valve offers high flow and great repeatability. This compact package can be mounted in any orientation (exception: only vertical with full scale pressures below 10 PSI) and is immune to the rigors of the industrial environment. Like most of our products, the QB3 can be modified in numerous ways to meet the most demanding applications.

5 Station Sub-Base Manifold
While a single unit works for many applications, the option to mount several together is vital for many customers. This versatility is what makes the QB3 such a success. If you require tight pressure control and high flow to multiple processes, the units can be mounted on a sub-base manifold with a shared inlet port and common exhaust port. This way, each unit controls pressure to completely separate processes, but you only have to run 1 supply and 1 exhaust line to the manifold for all.
