The MM-Series is a low cost, closed-loop valve offering electronic control of pressure from full vacuum up to 175 PSI. A variety of analog signals are available and multiple mounting options; DIN rail, panel or manifold mount up to 12 MMs on a sub-base manifold.
The MM pressure control valve is extremely durable and able to withstand industrial environments, traditional shop air and vibration, while easily controlling pressure based on the user’s command signal. An analog monitor output signal is standard on all MMs. This device is designed to work in static (deadheaded) applications. It can be configured for external feedback to accept a load cell or another type of transducer as 2nd loop input. The MM-Series can control vacuum, low pressure and vacuum thru positive pressure in the same unit.

MM1 & MM2
The MM-Series electronic pressure regulator uses two solenoid valves to control system pressure. One valve functions as an inlet control and the other as an exhaust control. A pressure sensor (on-board) measures downstream system pressure and provides constant feedback to the electronic controls, which is then compared to the command signal. The difference between the two signals causes the valves to open or close, allowing pressure in or out of the syterm.
MM1 & MM2
The MM-Series pressure controller is designed to have “universal mounting” capabilities, which include DIN rail, panel mount and manifold mounting for use on a sub-base for multiple unit applications. The DIN rail mounting option is designed for the standard metal DIN rail typically used for mounting circuit breakers and other industrial control equipment.
MM1 & MM2
The manifold mountable MM-Series is designed for functionality and space. Mount 2 to 12 MMs on a single sub-base manifold with shared inlet and shared exhaust. Each MM on the manifold will have command inlet pressure and common exhaust, but control individual processes to an accuracy of ±0.2% of full scale calibration.
